Taitor Labs ("Taitor", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered learning platform for children and their parents. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to COPPA compliance and never sell personal information.

Information we collect

We collect account information (parent name, email), child profile data (first name, age, subject preferences), lesson progress and quiz responses, and basic usage analytics (time spent, streaks). We do not collect precise geolocation or social media profiles from children.

How we use data

Data is used to personalize lessons, generate progress reports for parents, improve our adaptive algorithms, and provide customer support. We do not use children's data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Parental rights

Parents can review, update, or delete their child's profile and learning data at any time through Settings or by contacting hello@platinumdevlab.com. We respond to verified parental requests within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to child data is limited to authorized personnel. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain incident response procedures.
